Our attestations service is available to government agencies, embassies, and other departments that demand the attestation of foreign-issued documents that will be utilized for official purposes. For help with certifying, notarizing, and attesting your papers, get in touch with our staff.
For all types of papers, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation offers attestation services. This process is used to verify the authenticity of the stamp and signature on such documents, whether they were printed domestically or abroad.
The Department of Justice Notarization Service allows customers to submit a request to obtain an affidavit or notarization of:
Marriage Confirmation Application, Marriage Registration Return Confirmation, Non-Marriage Confirmation Application, Shariah Prenuptial Agreement Application, Gift Confirmation Application, Civil Power of Attorney, Relatives Confirmation Application, Double Surname Confirmation Application Single Use , Clan Name Change application form, surname change confirmation application form, general witness application form, immigration confirmation application form, dedication confirmation application form, probate confirmation application form, transfer application form Out of court, application for confirmation of custody or change of guardian, habitual record Certification of and Certification of Majority Signatures, Verification of Sponsorship and Child Support, Federal Service Regulations.
In order to provide sick leave certificates to employers, whether they are for short or long periods of time, the Ministry of Health attests to their validity. Due to the fact that sick leave that lasts more than five days must be approved by the relevant medical committee, certain processes must be followed in order to get this service.
